Rotate 90° CCW

The Rotate 90 degrees CCW command turns the selected drawing object 90 degrees counter clockwise or the equivalent of 270 degrees clockwise.

To activate this command:

Select a drawing object, and then select Tools > Transform > Rotate 90° CCW.
